Your Impact: Turning Software into Efficient Production Combining technical expertise with client interaction, you ensure that software isn't just theoretical, but delivers tangible value on the shop floor. Your responsibilities feature a dynamic mix of analysis, guidance, and support: Customer Training: Train clients on software for CNC-controlled machinery, enabling them to work independently and efficiently. On-Site Onboarding: Lead production start-ups at client sites and provide hands-on training to operators to ensure smooth initial runs. Problem Resolution: Analyze technical issues and manage them from initial report to resolution, prioritizing sustainable, long-term improvements. Direct Support: Provide telephone and online assistance for software queries or machine downtime, acting quickly to safeguard production continuity. Custom Development: Create tailored programs and client-specific applications aligned with unique workflows and requirements. Field & Office Hybrid: Split time between the office and client locations, giving you a comprehensive, real-world understanding of production environments. Qualifications & Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Wood Technology or equivalent technical experience. CAD/CAM Skills: Strong affinity for CAD/CAM software. Software Knowledge: Experience with AutoCAD, Alphacam, Ardis, or similar tools is a strong plus. Programming: Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C# or VB.NET) is an advantage.
