About the role

📄 JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the sales team of one of our Business Units, the Sales Analyst & Support ensures the optimization of the offer specific to their sector. Regardless of the product universe, they work in pairs with the salesperson to put the best possible offer online. 🎯 MISSIONS Analytical Management: • Analyze the offer upon receipt and make assortment recommendations to the salesperson to ensure the attractiveness of the offer. • Analysis of the following data: Representativeness of the offer (presence of key categories, volume per reference, comparison with information collected during previous sales and versus the product life cycle in our scrapping tools) • Negotiation KPIs: purchase price, retail price, selling price, product margin, discount, taxes • Comparison with previous sales reports: price, sell-through, operation code, date, logistics flow • Competitive intelligence (manual or automated, depending on the sector) • Monitoring of operations on Veepee from opening until closing • End-of-sale report, analysis of improvement levers and action plan to be implemented for the next Pricing operation • Understanding and implementation of the pricing strategy • Pricing recommendations to meet brand expectations and by implementing the group's pricing strategy Commercial Management: • Daily exchange and support in the commercial relationship with the brand (calls, emails and meetings) • Preparation of presentation materials for brand meetings with automated marketing reports, and participation when necessary • Be the commercial ambassador in the conduct of operations & commercial exchanges Operational Management: • Ensure the proper operational management of sales in charge in direct relation with the commercial partner • Coordinate proper contractual management with partners and manage potential first-level disputes • Transmit the details of the commercial offer to Data Coordinators to ensure data integration as well as on TNT • Ensure the proper maintenance of the sale date via the receipt of the offer, final prices and stocks, and in connection with the content manager 👉 PREREQUISITES • Holder of a Bac +4/5 degree from a business school or equivalent • You have significant initial experience in analysis and/or commercial analysis • You have a sense of organization and demonstrate rigor. • You are recognized for your analytical mind and your interpersonal, commercial and writing skills • You demonstrate autonomy and adaptability • You master Google Apps and the Office Pack (Excel) • You have a professional level of English. ✅ BENEFITS • 👉Flexible office with at least 3 days on site and up to 2 days at home • 👉Online language learning platform • 👉Works council (CE) and its many benefits • 👉Access to company catering and connected canteen • 👉Access to the gym • 👉Leave according to the duration of the contract ⚙️RECRUITMENT PROCESS • 1️⃣HR video interview (approximately 30 minutes) • 2️⃣Excel test • 3️⃣Video interview with the manager (approximately 1 hour) Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow Remuneration: to be negotiated.
