How it works

No magic.
Just criteria.

From profile to connection, every stage of matching remains clear, verifiable and tied to one specific opportunity.

  1. 01

    Profile

Candidates complete their profile and companies describe each opportunity precisely. Both use a shared reference framework, so Skelly compares like with like.

  2. 02

    Preferences and opportunity

Skills, role, experience, salary or daily rate, location, mobility, remote work, contract, industry, languages, availability, certifications and work authorization: Skelly compares the candidate’s preferences with the opportunity’s requirements.

  3. 03

    Eligibility

Skelly checks genuine deal-breakers first: work authorization, mandatory prerequisites, REQUIRED certifications, required languages, incompatible contracts, impossible location constraints, or any other explicitly disqualifying requirement. An ineligible candidate is not included in the ranking.

  4. 04

    Matching

For every eligible candidate, each criterion receives its own compatibility score from 0 to 100%. Because the criteria do not all carry the same importance, they are weighted to produce the overall Skelly score.

    Connection

Candidates can apply. Companies can discover relevant profiles, then contact them when they have the required access.

A clear ranking, never a decision

Every score belongs to one specific pairing of a candidate and an opportunity. It shows where they align, criterion by criterion, before either side makes contact.

Skelly ranks and explains. It does not decide for you, and it does not promise a hire.
