Software Support Employee

About the role

As a Software Support Employee within the Winpro team, you are responsible for managing all data within the Winpro system. This system allows us to convert orders from distributors into instructions for production. In practice, this means that you enter all received product-technical and price-technical parameters from the various system administrators of the production departments into the system. You are the one who checks existing parameters and adjusts them if necessary. You also provide data that enables the system to indicate directly to the customer whether a request is feasible. Production relies on this data from the system to produce the requested products in a correct and timely manner. In this way, both the end customer and production make maximum use of our central system. You are our ideal candidate if you have technical (construction) insight and want to make the move to an IT software support role where you can apply your knowledge. • You have obtained a Bachelor's or HBO5 degree in Electromechanics or are equivalent through experience. • You have a technical feel and preferably have experience in the window and door sector or in other areas of the construction sector. If you understand how connections, joinery, and facade elements are installed, we can help you further by passing on Profel-specific knowledge. • You have an interest in programming, but we do not expect you to have practical experience in IT. • You are good at analyzing and making connections, and you enjoy working with numbers and systems. • You have strong communication skills. • You work very accurately and precisely.
