Job Description: Embedded Software Engineer – Agricultural Machinery Are you looking to develop software that literally makes a difference on impressive machinery in the field? Passionate about embedded software and eager to see your code applied in innovative agricultural technology? Then this is the challenge you are looking for. In this role, you will develop embedded software for advanced forage harvesters. Working alongside a multidisciplinary Agile team, you will create smart applications that elevate performance, safety, and ease of use. From concept to execution: your software will be tested on real machines, directly impacting the final product. Key Responsibilities Developing embedded software in C/C++ for proprietary controllers. Designing and maintaining software within a multi-CAN and multi-ECU architecture. Implementing new functionality in line with V-Cycle, Functional Safety, and Cyber Security standards. Contributing to innovative vehicle architectures and emerging technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in practical field tests. Utilizing modern development tools and Agile methodologies. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Embedded Software Engineering (graduating Master’s students are welcome to apply). Proven experience with C/C++ and a strong interest in mechatronic systems. Knowledge of SVN, GIT, Azure, or Polarion is a plus. Prior experience with J1939 or MathWorks™ is advantageous. Strong analytical, detailed-oriented, and communication skills. Professional fluency in English. Remuneration: Negotiable
