Join Software Performances, the little sister of ADN Consulting Your role: Experienced Java Software Engineering You are the technical lead of your team. You combine technical expertise, support, and long-term vision. Your main missions Gather technical requirements and participate in architecture choices Define, estimate, and validate possible technical solutions with or without the intervention of an architect depending on the size of the project Define the breakdown of the project into technical elements and participate in the construction of the detailed schedule Set up the technical foundation on which the team will work Support and supervise the developers' work Actively participate in project development Be the guarantor of the application of development norms and standards (Code quality, Security, version management, and delivery processes) and guarantee the continuous improvement of the project (industrialization, capitalization.) Support and help developers improve their skills Collaborate with product and project teams Coaching and team facilitation Your technological environment Java 25, Spring Boot, Angular and/or ReactJS and/or VueJS and/or SvelteJS. Modern architectures (APIs, microservices, Cloud) Agile methods Scrum, Safe CI/CD and best practices dev Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab CI/CD, SonarQube Tools JIRA, Confluence.
