With 180 experts spread across 8 agencies in France, our Software Engineering Practice supports clients of all sizes, from major accounts to very small businesses, in the design of robust and ambitious software solutions. Craft and quality are at the heart of our DNA: our consultants evolve in a varied technical ecosystem combining backend (Java, SpringBoot, Quarkus, Kotlin), frontend (React, Angular, Vue, Next, Nuxt), and engineering best practices (Clean Architecture, TDD, BDD, DDD, hexagonal architecture). A culture of testing and maintainability is carried out daily, with tools like JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, or Cucumber. The practice is also active in the tech ecosystem: speakers at Devoxx, SoftShake, BDX/IO, and other conferences, as well as regular contributions to the Ippon technical blog. The position: As a Software Engineer, you will work on topics related to Web application development. You will contribute to the development of features, with performance and maintainability challenges. Missions: Carry out developments on the front and back components of Web applications Design and implement robust, high-performance, and maintainable features Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests Perform code reviews Participate in continuous quality improvement Participate in technical choices Collaborate with product, UX, and operations teams Technical stack: Languages: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, HTML, CSS + Python Frameworks: Angular, React, Vue, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate Data: SQL, API, messages Architectures: REST API, microservices, cloud Profile sought: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position You are comfortable in modern web development environments, both front and back You know how to design maintainable, readable, and scalable solutions You understand the performance and quality challenges in application development You are attentive to user experience and interface quality You are comfortable with software engineering practices (tests, code reviews, best practices) You know how to work in a team with varied profiles (product, design, ops) You are curious and keep up to date with developments in web technologies You are involved in a continuous improvement process Remuneration: to be negotiated.
