About the role
As a software consultant, you will be responsible for the following: • Guiding implementation projects for clients; • Providing training and education both online and on-site; • Providing support to clients via phone and email; • Advising clients and thinking along about optimal software solutions; • Testing new software updates and contributing to documentation; • Collecting client feedback and reporting it back to the product team. What makes you the ideal candidate? • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through at least 3 years of experience in a similar position; • Strong interest in IT and software applications; • Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or software implementation; • Affinity with the notary sector is a plus; • Very good knowledge of Dutch, both oral and written. Knowledge of French is a plus. Remuneration: to be negotiated.
