What we are currently missing is a person in the areas of consulting, workshops and moderation. This is exactly what you combine with strong craftsmanship in the area of UX and design systems. 🧭 Your tasks - how you could start • Getting to know our projects and clients as well as the design systems they work with • Familiarization with existing concepts and ongoing projects • Taking over initial concept and UI tasks: wireframes, prototypes, screens • Accompanying client meetings and workshops in the team 🎯 Once you are familiarized, you will take responsibility for • your own projects as the main person responsible, from recording requirements to conception to handover to development and support during implementation • advising your clients as well as presenting and defending your concepts • planning and moderating workshops with clients and the team • UX Research: planning, conducting and evaluating user interviews and tests • complex UX tasks in large applications as well as the maintenance and further development of design systems (Design Ops) • effort estimates for offers and close coordination with PM and development • the introduction of AI into our design processes Optional & prospective: You take on professional responsibility for a topic or area, without disciplinary leadership.
