What to Expect Develop and shape the software architecture for modern digital applications, cloud platforms, and backend systems. Work closely with product management, UX, operations, and engineering to translate user and mission requirements into scalable software architectures. Define interfaces and integration concepts between user-facing applications, backend platforms, and UAV-related software. Lead architectural alignment across application, platform, cloud, and embedded teams. Develop customer-oriented applications and backend systems, guiding them from initial concept through to production deployment. Analyze technical challenges, develop pragmatic solutions, and ensure high code quality alongside long-term maintainability. Manage and guide external development partners regarding architecture, quality, and implementation. What You Bring Successful degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study. Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in software development and software architecture. In-depth knowledge of modern backend and frontend technologies such as Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Angular, Svelte, or Java Spring Boot. Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, and modern development processes. Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and IT security. Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for developing user-centered products. Experience in mobility, robotics, aviation, logistics, or related high-tech environments is an advantage. Ability to make independent decisions in dynamic, fast-growing innovation environments. Strong communication skills and confident collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
