Senior Software Engineer Full-stack - CDI (M/F)

Salary: Compensation: €55,000 to €70,000 fixed depending on profile + BSPCE THE COMPANY Our client is a growing B2B SaaS startup, developing a solution for energy transition professionals, particularly installers of photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. The platform allows users to centralize and manage the entire cycle of their projects: studies and sizing, sales, administrative procedures, planning, or technical visits. The goal is to offer a simple, centralized, and collaborative tool, used daily by field professionals to enable them to gain efficiency, manage more projects, and reduce operational friction. The product team places a high demand on quality, ease of use, and reliability of the application. THE POSITION As part of its growth, the company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer Full-stack capable of taking charge of end-to-end features. You will work in close collaboration with the Product team, other developers, the Tech Lead, and the CTO to design, develop, and put into production features that bring direct value to users. The position is strongly oriented towards Product Engineering: you will intervene in the entire development cycle, from understanding user needs to monitoring features in production. MISSIONS * Design and develop full-stack features. * Participate in functional and technical scoping with the product team. * Develop frontend and backend parts. * Design and evolve data models. * Write tests and ensure code quality. * Participate in code reviews. * Deploy features and monitor their operation in production. * Propose improvements to code, tools, and development practices. * Gradually take autonomy in the design and delivery of end-to-end features. TECHNICAL STACK Frontend: React Backend: Node.js TypeScript tRPC Database: PostgreSQL Mobile: React Native Infrastructure: AWS Docker CI/CD: GitHub Actions Monitoring: Datadog DESIRED PROFILE We are looking for an autonomous, pragmatic, and product-oriented software engineer, capable of understanding user issues beyond just the technical dimension. You are able to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams, make relevant technical decisions, and regularly deliver quality features. You are comfortable with both frontend and backend issues and appreciate environments where developers have real responsibility for the features they build. PARTICULARLY APPRECIATED SKILLS * Very good mastery of React, Node.js, and TypeScript. * Significant experience in full-stack development. * Experience with PostgreSQL. * Experience with tRPC. * Experience with React Native. * Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or GitHub Actions. * Experience in a B2B SaaS environment. * Experience in a Product Engineering-oriented organization. * Interest in issues related to the energy transition.
