Infrastructure and Information Systems Manager (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure and Information Systems Manager to lead our IT environment, support the team's skills development, and ensure the performance, security, and evolution of our information system. Your missions: 1. Management and coordination of the IT team * Supervise, develop the skills of, and organize the work of a 3-person team. * Define priorities, distribute workload, and set individual and collective goals. * Implement tools and methods to increase team productivity and the quality of IT service provided to internal users and clients. * Improve technical support organization: incident reporting, ticketing, escalation, and prioritization rules. * Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement policy for IT services. 2. Operation and performance of the information system * Ensure daily management of the infrastructure across all service levels. * Guarantee the consistency, availability, and performance of the information system in Linux and Windows environments. * Supervise system and network monitoring: availability, load, capacity, and anticipate evolution needs. * Formalize and keep the general information system mapping up to date. * Manage and evolve production deployment and change management processes, in close collaboration with DevOps teams. * Create and maintain technical documentation for the infrastructure. 3. Information security and compliance - ISO 27001 * Lead the continuous improvement of information security, in line with the ISO 27001 framework. * Identify risks with Management and define associated mitigation measures. * Ensure the monitoring and application of ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures. * Maintain active technological watch on infrastructure and security topics. 4. Transformation and AI strategy * Define and lead the strategy for adopting artificial intelligence in the company's internal tools and processes, in close collaboration with the R&D Director. * Identify high-potential AI use cases for IT and other departments: productivity, support, automation, etc. * Manage, in collaboration with Management, the deployment of AI tools: assistants, automation, intelligent monitoring, etc. * Support change management and the upskilling of teams on these new tools. Profile sought: * Master's degree or equivalent in systems, networks, or IT. * Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in IT infrastructure management. * Solid skills in networks, virtualization, backup, and supervision. * Good command of Linux and Windows Server environments. * Mastery of information security principles and ISO 27001: risk management, ISMS, security policies. * Knowledge of ticketing, configuration management, and change management tools. * Sensitivity to the challenges and uses of artificial intelligence. * Ability to lead and coordinate an IT team, organize priorities, and support the skills development of employees.
