About the role

Job description: Technical skills: Windows and Linux RedHat OS, IIS/Apache Middleware - Confirmed - Mandatory. Ensure build and run - Confirmed - Mandatory. Knowledge of VTOM/ELK/ZABBIX/XLD/XLR tools - Confirmed - Mandatory. Use of automation tools - Confirmed - Desirable. Language skills: Professional English (Mandatory). Must be able to communicate with different levels and types of stakeholders. Ensure control of application version deployment through delivery processes based on DEVOPS methods using XLRelease/XLDeploy (Xebialabs) products. Be able to audit and diagnose the causes of incidents and direct to the N3 responsible for the products, if necessary, and capable of leading a technical meeting bringing together the various stakeholders to resolve the incident as quickly as possible. Team spirit and working within a collective is expected. Must have significant experience in application production, knowledge of most production tools (supervision, scheduling, patching, log management, file transfer) as well as 3-tier IIS/SQL and Apache/Mysql architectures. Automation would be a plus. Profile definition: Participates in the various project phases or may be required to lead the project. Implements technical solutions. Performs diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunctions, proposes and implements corrections and 'back-up' solutions. Proposes solutions to improve the performance of their field of activity. Ensures, if necessary, the interface with experts from other fields and manages exchanges with subcontractors. Defines the rules for good operating system management. Designs, if necessary, the standards and rules for good management and systematically verifies their application (IT security, quality). Ensures the upgrading, assembly, consistency, and approval of various software (software packages, databases, specific developments) in compliance with the chosen architecture. Takes charge of the integration of new applications or software packages (transactional and/or batch) in compliance with the standards and procedures in force. Performs the reception, validation, and packaging of components. Installs and makes components available. Performs technical acceptance and approval of components/applications. Participates in the improvement of industrialization and deployment processes and tools. Works in close and permanent relationship with the Studies, Infrastructure, and Security teams. Takes charge of maintaining the operational conditions of hardware and software infrastructures related to technologies linked to user infrastructure (Software distribution, Packaging, Messaging, Groupware, Directories). Specifics for technical tests: Familiarization with the change and its technical context. Completes the proposed test plan. Prepares test infrastructures. Validates documents and procedures intended for production. Performs various technical tests. Analyzes results. Contributes to diagnosis in case of malfunction. Writes detailed reports that will help in the GO/NOGO decision for production deployment. Builds or updates the reusable test heritage for subsequent integrations. Performs reporting to the Integration Manager. Contributes to continuous improvement. Industrializes recurring technical tests (automation, tooling). Develops scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency. Designs and maintains automation using tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Finops: Proposes solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs. Supports development teams in implementing security best practices and using DevSecOps tools. Keeps up to date on new security threats and the evolution of DevSecOps tools for continuous process improvement. Profile description: Desired profile: Minimum experience: 8 - 9 years minimum. English mandatory. Key / mandatory skills: Windows Server, Linux Red Hat, IIS / Apache, Application production / Build & Run, XLDeploy (XLD), XLRelease (XLR), VTOM, ELK, Zabbix, N3 incident management and diagnosis, Application deployment / production release, 3-tier IIS/SQL and Apache/MySQL architectures. 7 years minimum experience in production / similar environment.
