Tasks Become part of our software team and take responsibility for the development and further development of our software solutions: - You define and develop a coordinated, future-proof software architecture based on existing electromagnetic navigation systems, while also taking over the implementation and testing of software modules - Together with your team, you analyze existing systems and develop as well as document functionalities and interfaces - In addition to architectural work, you take over the implementation of software as well as the execution of tests - Structured documentation as well as verification and validation of your developments are central components of your daily work - especially in the regulated medical environment - You develop central, reusable software components and support your colleagues in the R&D team in their application as well as with technical questions Profile - You have a successfully completed university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field, as well as several years of professional experience in software development - Furthermore, you possess very good knowledge of C and C++ and ideally bring additional experience with Python as well as in the development of embedded systems - Handling UML, SysML, or comparable modeling languages is part of your technical repertoire, with knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery being an advantage - The agile approach to software development is familiar to you, and you communicate confidently in German and English in an international environment Home office: Scope: By agreement Remuneration: to be negotiated.
