About the role
Due to their strong growth, we are looking for a Design Engineer to join their product team. As a Design Engineer, you translate innovative product concepts into final, producible, and perfectly functioning products. You guide the entire development process, from the initial design and prototype phase to a production-ready final result. In doing so, you develop concepts into detailed technical designs, build and test prototypes, and carefully prepare and execute the necessary tests. You closely monitor product changes and optimizations and actively contribute to the further improvement of our products in terms of material selection, functionality, and manufacturability. In this role, you work closely with colleagues from various departments to successfully implement new products into production and prepare them for commercialization. You ensure the creation and delivery of technical specifications, bills of materials, and technical drawings. Additionally, you actively participate in project meetings and feedback rounds, where you use your technical expertise to contribute to solutions throughout the entire development process. • You possess at least a Master's degree in Product Development or equivalent. • You can demonstrate at least initial work experience in a design role within the manufacturing industry. • Experience with 3D CAD design software (Creo and SolidEdge) • Good knowledge of Dutch, ability to express yourself fluently in French and English Remuneration: to be negotiated.
