Planhof Genehmigungsmanagement GmbH is looking for JavaScript specialists! Salary range 90,000 - 105,000 EUR per year. Technologies used: TypeScript, CI/CD, Docker, Cloud, Agentic AI, React, PostgreSQL. Requirements and your profile: At least six years of professional experience in software development, including several years with operational responsibility for a productive B2B system. Practical experience with multi-tenant applications and authorization concepts. Confident handling of a modern full-stack environment (e.g., TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, cloud hosting in Germany) as well as a good understanding of data protection and information security - GDPR-compliant processing, encryption, audit logging. Experience in the productive use of AI-supported development tools - or a clear willingness to work this way. German language skills at least at C1 level - our domain model and our customers' notices are in German. Your responsibilities: We are looking for our first developer. You will build the technical foundation of PLIQ - the architecture, data model, and codebase will bear your signature, and a development team is to be built upon this later. We will make fundamental decisions together at the beginning - such as stack, hosting strategy, security architecture, or make-or-buy questions; our expectation is a proven, maintainable standard stack. Afterwards, you are responsible for the technical implementation: architecture and data model, code quality, test strategy, and development processes as well as system operation. You evaluate requirements for feasibility and effort - and if something is not technically viable, you have the final say. We develop with AI support; you help shape how agentic coding tools are used sensibly. Whoever fills this role shapes the technical DNA of PLIQ. As the product grows, the role grows with it - you will help select further developers and lead them professionally; the natural next step is building and leading the development team. Planhof Genehmigungsmanagement GmbH - About us: Planhof has been supporting large infrastructure projects through complex approval procedures for years - from application planning to the execution of official requirements. From this work, we are developing a software product in a separate company: PLIQ, a specialized application for digital approval management. For this, the development of the MVP regarding the management of official ancillary provisions is planned initially. Behind the product is an established consulting firm with ongoing business, long-standing customer relationships in the target group, and project partners from this customer circle who technically support the development and will be the first users. What we offer Remuneration at senior/lead level plus participation: Fixed salary plus Christmas bonus plus virtual company participation (VSOP) in the range of 0.75% to 1.5% with market-standard conditions (four-year vesting, one-year cliff) - and a contractually laid-out prospect of an increase if the role develops into engineering management. Creative freedom: PLIQ is being developed from scratch. There are no legacy systems and no technical pre-decisions you are bound to.
