For this, our team needs your support as a DevOps Specialist (m/f/d). Tasks You will at our company ... • ensure the development and administration of the on-premise cloud infrastructure. • actively participate in the automation of system landscapes. • develop and optimize the entire CI/CD process for various projects. • monitor the system landscape, fix errors, and optimize the environment. • contribute to our release process with code reviews and documentation. • ensure the security of cloud platforms in collaboration with our Cloud Security Engineer. Qualification What you bring ... • a degree, e.g., in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, economics, digitalization, or training in the IT sector. • professional experience with cloud migration projects. • familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps and tools such as CI/CD (e.g., ArgoCD, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab). • experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) as well as knowledge in using tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to define and manage infrastructure in the cloud. • experience in the automation and orchestration of cloud management tasks using tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes). • knowledge of software development frameworks/languages (e.g., GOlang, PHP, Python) and database technologies (e.g., Postgres, MSSQL, NoSQL, Redis, CDN). • knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., KVM, VMWare), operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux including scripting experience). • experience with cloud networks (e.g., subnetting, route tables, security groups, VPC, VPC Peering, NACLS, VPN). • strong communication skills as well as the ability to present solutions and provide constructive peer reviews.
