We are recruiting based on profile, so depending on your availability, for our Nantes agency, on a permanent contract, starting from 5 years of experience, for a gross annual remuneration of 45K€ to 50K€ (to be adjusted according to your skills and background, of course! Our mission is to bring expertise to our clients. The profiles we recruit therefore have on average, at least 5 years of experience in the position, necessary to guarantee a sufficient level of autonomy and a consultant posture. Look no further, you have found it! 2 - What we offer you: a - Finding THE mission that suits YOU In the month preceding your arrival at Delia, Jérôme and Thomas will contact you to define your expectations as much as possible in terms of mission context, stack, etc. They will make proposals so that you choose the projects that interest you and for which you wish to meet the clients. Exactly where you will work when arriving at Delia, that is not possible (we are not yet fortune tellers). To help you project yourself despite everything, here is an example of a mission that Jérôme received a few days ago, for one of our clients in the banking sector, to be filled by mid-April 2026: Within our client's R&D department, your tasks would be the following: * Maintenance and evolution of the DevOps R&D cloud infrastructure * Integration of software components provided by project teams * Writing of automatic test sheets * DevOps support to project teams Remote work possible 2 to 3 days per week. Regarding skills, you master GitLab and AWS. You have advanced knowledge of Python. b - Participate and lead our Mission-driven company's internal projects Beyond your mission, if you wish, you benefit like all Delianis from 5 days dedicated to the realization of internal projects grouped around 3 main axes: * Environment (Green IT in particular) * Local ecosystem (associations linked to IT or not) * Shared governance (transparency, internal communication, process, roles, ...)
