About the role

Daily rate (TJM): 650€/day Our client, a major player in the retail sector, is strengthening the DevOps division of its IT department dedicated to AI. The position covers the entire product and application lifecycle: Build, Build to Run, Run, and decommissioning, in direct interface with development, operations, infrastructure, security, and product teams. Missions * Design, deploy, and evolve Cloud environments and application platforms * Provide GCP, GKE/Kubernetes, and OpenShift expertise on architecture and operations topics * Design, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines * Implement and maintain application deployments with Helm * Automate technical operations with Ansible / Ansible Tower * Industrialize and automate build, deployment, and operations processes * Support applications in Build and Build to Run phases: operational prerequisites, preparation for production releases, operability * Participate in Run and MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition): incident resolution, reliability, performance * Contribute to the standardization of DevOps practices, architectures, and components of the division * Contribute to the decommissioning of end-of-life applications and technical components * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and implement associated solutions Senior / Expert profile (>10 years), with significant experience in complex and production environments. Essential skills: * Expertise in GCP / GKE / Kubernetes * Expertise in OpenShift * Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD * Proficiency in Helm * Proficiency in Ansible / Ansible Tower * Solid experience in automation, industrialization, and operation of Cloud/Kubernetes platforms * Good understanding of production, security, availability, and observability challenges Beyond tools, a true DevOps culture is expected and must be carried out on a daily basis: Dev/Run collaboration, accountability for the entire lifecycle, industrialization, continuous improvement, reduction of manual operations, ability to propose solutions, capable of identifying areas for improvement and proposing pragmatic and sustainable technical solutions.
