To strengthen our team of experts at our client in the defense industry, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer (m/f/x) for a permanent position at K-tronik. Tasks: • Conception, implementation and further development of the software architecture of our Information Fusion System (IFS) • Hands-on development across the entire stack (Backend in Java/Python, Frontend in React/TypeScript, data storage and integration) • Design and implementation of APIs and backend services as well as their integration into modern frontend applications • Containerization and operation of applications with Docker as well as integration into our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) • Work in a Linux-based development environment with modern tools (Git, Jira) • Participation in the further development of our system architecture • Integration and use of modern AI/agent-based approaches in our systems • Refactoring and continuous improvement of existing components with a focus on maintainability, performance and scalability • Close cooperation in an agile Scrum team as well as active participation in technical decisions • Professional support and mentoring of team members Qualifications: • Completed degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification or training • Several years of experience in full-stack software development • Very good knowledge of Java as well as experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) • Experience with Python in productive or supporting contexts • Confident handling of Docker and CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins) • Experience with Linux-based systems and development environments as well as handling of Git and collaborative workflows • Understanding of modern software architectures (e.g. microservices, modular systems) and relational databases • Interest in new technologies such as AI/agentic systems • Ability to take on technical responsibility and provide professional support to teams • Enjoyment of hands-on development and sustainable software quality • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form Benefits: • Collegial and friendly working atmosphere • Flexible working hours • 30 days of vacation and flexible vacation planning • Regular team events • Awarded as Kununu TOP Company • Corporate benefits (employee offers) • Free drinks • Individual further training opportunities • 360° support: feedback meetings, career planning, relocation assistance, etc. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow Remuneration: to be negotiated.
