Implementation Analyst - Production Software
Vlaams Gewest, Belgium
About the role
You guide the implementations of production software from analysis to go-live at these strong organizations. You go onto the production floor at clients, map out their production processes and workflows, and also translate their needs into clear functional solutions for your development team. Afterwards, you implement the solution together with your team, guide ERP and CAD/CAM integrations, work on machine connections and data capture, and train end-users through workshops. You form the bridge between the client, the project team, and your developers. You monitor planning and quality, bring structure to complex trajectories, and remain the "owner" until the solution runs stably in production. Based on your practical experience in these projects, you contribute ideas for the further development of their software. You will join a professional yet family-oriented organization with short lines of communication, plenty of room for initiative, and a clear ambition to continue growing. • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree • You have strong knowledge of business processes in production • You are customer-oriented and analytical • Experience with ERP/IT-related implementations is a plus • You work in Dutch Remuneration: to be negotiated.
